Fullerton Health E-Queuing System

Dear Union Members,

In our continuous engagement with students, we received consistent feedback regarding long physical queues and extended waiting times at various campus service points, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

Actions Taken

Recognizing the urgency of this issue, NTUSU immediately reached out to Fullerton Health's leadership team, the service provider responsible for the queuing system. We engaged in constructive discussions to identify the root causes behind the prolonged queuing issue. As part of our proposed solution, we advocated for the implementation of an efficient e-queuing system.

Working closely with Fullerton Health, we actively participated in several rounds of brainstorming sessions, feedback gathering, and user-acceptance testing. This collaborative approach allowed us to identify potential gaps and opportunities for improvement within the e-queuing system.

On the 20th of March 2023, the newly implemented e-queuing system was successfully launched across various service points on campus. This technology now allows students to book appointments and join queues digitally, thereby reducing waiting times and providing a smoother, more streamlined experience.

Moving forward, students may access the new e-queuing system
here when visiting Fullerton Health.
