NTU Toastmasters isn’t just a club, it is a supportive family who provides a judgment-free zone to cultivate your communication and leadership skills, cheering you along the way!
Our secret sauce? Enriching chapter meetings designed to prepare you for myriad oratorical scenarios! These include:
Prepared speeches: 5-7 minute speeches where you learn to master the art of speecraft and utilise your voice and body language to captivate your audience!
Constructive feedback: Gain tips on how to best deliver your speech from experienced peers, seniors and Distinguished Toastmasters paired with encouragement and celebration of your speaking goals!
Table topics: Sharpen your on-the-fly thinking skills with just 30 seconds of prep time to deliver a 1-2 minute speech!
Bonding and networking sessions during breaks and designated bonding days to connect with fellow members and guests!

Collaboration with NTU seniors - NTU Alumni Toastmasters Club and Nanyang Scholars Toastmasters Club!
Feeling ready to take the next steps? Try your hand at organizing a workshop via our collaborations with other NTU school clubs! Volunteer to represent us at Toastmaster collaboration meetings, like our Halloween-themed Chapter meeting with SMU Toastmasters Club and Hari Raya collaboration with Nanyang Scholars Club and NTU Alumni Club! Participate in our yearly Club Contest, with the opportunity to represent our Area, Division and even our District!

We welcome speakers of all backgrounds to join our NTU Toastmasters family, whether shy or seasoned, freshies or seniors! There is truly something for everyone! We meet every Tuesday from 7 to 9pm, a welcome respite from the gruelling school day!
