Recognizing this common challenge, NTUSU collaborated closely with various school offices to design the Freshmen Handbook — a comprehensive guide that answers your most pressing questions and equips you with everything you need to thrive during your first year. Whether it’s information on academic support, campus facilities, student clubs or wellness services, this handbook is your go-to companion for a smooth transition into university life.

The Freshmen Handbook was further refined through insights gathered from the questions and concerns raised by freshmen during Welcome Day. By analysing these queries, we identified the key areas where new students needed clarity the most, which shaped the content and structure of the guide to be as relevant and practical as possible.
