When I first joined NTUES, I didn’t know exactly what to expect. But what I found was a group of people who genuinely cared — not just about ideas, but about growing together and making something meaningful as a team.
This year, we’re excited to keep that spirit going. NTUES is serious about creating impact — not through big talk, but through real action and shared purpose. We’re looking for people who believe in showing up, trying new things and building alongside others who care just as much.

At NTUES, we believe in building a community where values come first and action follows with intention. Our mission is to cultivate a space where driven students can step up, take ownership and pursue initiatives that matter — not because they have to, but because they care.
Through bold experimentation, authentic partnerships and a deeply supportive culture, we aim to grow people — their confidence, their ideas and their ability to navigate complexity with clarity and resilience. Everything we do is designed to challenge, stretch and empower our members to become grounded, capable changemakers ready to contribute to something greater than themselves.
What We Do: Ideate, Build, Create Together
At NTUES, we co-create from the ground up. Members come together to brainstorm bold ideas, align on what we want to pursue as a team and bring those ideas to life through real action. It’s not about individual projects — it’s about building meaningful experiences together.
Here’s a glimpse of what we've done and what you can look forward to:
● The Paperclip Challenge: A creative trading competition we ran last year and one you might help organise or evolve again.
● Networking Sessions: Learn from candid conversations with founders, investors and feedback panels.
● Team Projects: Join hands with fellow members and EXCO to build initiatives from shared ideas.
● Cross-Club Collaborations: Partner with accelerators and student clubs on exciting, real-world programmes.

Each year, NTUES opens recruitment for students eager to get involved, from leading initiatives to supporting projects or shaping behind-the-scenes efforts. There's space for thinkers, doers, builders and learners.
